Refund Policy

At Aboud Perfumes, all our products are fragrances and fall under personal care and consumable items. For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been sold, except in very limited circumstances outlined below.

1. No Refund / No Return Policy

  • All perfumes sold on aboudperfume.com are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Once a perfume has been delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, regardless of personal preference, fragrance choice, or scent expectations.

  • We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

2. Exceptions (Replacement Only)

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
However, replacement may be offered only if:

  • The product received is physically damaged during transit

  • The product is leaking or broken upon arrival

  • An incorrect product was delivered

In such cases, only replacement of the same product will be issued. No refunds.

3. Claim Conditions

  • To be eligible for a replacement:

    • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

    • An unboxing video from sealed package opening is mandatory

    • Clear photos/videos showing the issue must be provided

    • The product must be unused and in original packaging

    Claims without proper evidence will not be accepted.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept replacement or refund requests for:

  • Dissatisfaction with fragrance strength, longevity, or notes

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Slight packaging variations

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

  • Used, opened, or tampered products

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Final Sale

  • All purchases made on aboudperfume.com are considered final sale.
