  • We currently offer shipping across India.

  • At present, we do not ship internationally. Any updates to international shipping will be communicated on our website.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-demand periods (sales, festive seasons, promotions), order processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Partners

  • We work with trusted third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Courier partner selection depends on your delivery location and service availability.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Tier 2 Cities: 4–6 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before payment.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be mentioned on the website and applied automatically during checkout.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message/email with tracking details.

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link until delivery is completed.

7. Delivery Process

  • Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

  • Please ensure that the address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate.

  • The courier partner may attempt delivery up to 2–3 times before marking the shipment as undeliverable.

8. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

Delivery may fail or be delayed due to:

  • Customer unavailability at the delivery location

  • Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or force majeure events

In such cases:

  • Our support team will contact you for re-delivery coordination.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If the package appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please do not accept the delivery.

  • If accepted unknowingly, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with:

    • An unboxing video

    • Clear photos of the package and product

Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

10. Partial or Missing Items

  • If you receive a package with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

11. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply, OR

  • Refund will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges

12. Address Change Requests

  • Address changes are allowed only before the order is shipped.

  • Once dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated.

  • Delivery confirmation by the courier partner will be considered final proof of delivery.
